Brush / Invasive Species Control

At Thickets Habitat & Land Works, we understand the challenges that brush and invasive species bring to property management. Our Brush and Invasive Species Control services are designed to restore the natural beauty of your land, allowing native plants to thrive and wildlife to move freely.

Invasive species can quickly dominate your landscape, creating visually undesirable environments and stifling native vegetation that supports local wildlife. Our family-owned business is committed to tackling these challenges head-on, using our 15 years of combined experience to provide comprehensive and sustainable solutions.

Our Process

We start by evaluating your property and identifying areas overrun by invasive species. These areas are often inaccessible to property owners, due to thick growths and thorns. Our team uses top-rated, effective mechanical removal techniques to clear these spaces, ensuring minimal impact on your property's natural habitat.

Benefits

  • Visual Appeal: Remove unattractive brush to enhance your land's beauty.
  • Promote Native Growth: Encourage the growth of native plants and trees essential for a balanced ecosystem.
  • Wildlife-Friendly: Create pathways for wildlife, helping them move freely and live healthily.

Real stories of land renewal from those we've proudly served

I am very impressed with Thickets! Matt is a great communicator and was able to get the job done one day after the approval. Fast and great work. Thanks again!

Thickets Habitat & Land Works is trustworthy, quality work, and great pricing. We had forestry mulching done to our back acre in the Grand Rapids Michigan area. Cleared trees and brush, mulched the trees with dirt and left it all leveled out and looking nice. Very reasonably priced. They do just about every service that is forestry related and they are top quality. Look at their website to see more. You get Matt the owner to come out for the quote and he does his own work too. Very nice to deal with every time!

Thickets is one of the best companies we have worked with up here. Matt is a steady personality who understood what we needed accomplished on our 3+ acre site and how to make it happen. His proposal was thorough, explained what was going to happen in each phase, what it was going to cost, included pictures of the equipment, so we really understood what we were getting into. Matt scheduled the work, showed up when he said he would, accomplished the work in a timely manner, left the site in good shape (I mean we did do a lot of brush cutting and mulching, but still), roads clear of debris, in all an excellent job. Cannot say enough about Matt and his crew Andrew, Thickets is in our file of contractors we would confidently recommend and hope we have a reason to do business with in the future
